In terms of medical exploration, we’ve only reached knee-deep water so far. We think we know so much when it comes to our bodies, but the truth is much different from what it seems. The phenomena that we are in the dark about outnumber the ones that we have knowledge about. Basically, CBD is extracted using one of these two methods – alcohol extraction or CO2 extraction. These two different ways to get CBD oil determine how potent and effective the final product will be. Alcohol extraction is accomplished by soaking the hemp plant into ethanol for a substantial amount of time. After the plant is taken out, you are left with a liquid that is full of CBD. CO2 extraction is the most expensive, but most effective way. It can only be done in a laboratory, using special chemical equipment to muster the force needed to get pure and unblemished CBD oil.
